Lachlan Cameron
Managing Director & Chief Investment Officer
Lachlan has had extensive land subdivision experience over the last 10 years, completing 25+ projects and delivering over 1,000 residential lots to market across NSW and Victoria.
Leading a development company consisting of 30 team members, he raised in excess of $100m, acquiring and developing projects across the North West and South West growth corridors of Sydney, and more recently across Victoria.
Outside of property development, Lachlan has a Medical Science Degree, a Business Degree and has led teams of up to 400 people in CEO and COO positions across both domestic and global organisations
Don McKenzie
Non-Executive Director, Finance
Don has had extensive property development experience since 1998, completing 55 projects with a market value of $235m.
Don has completed6 residential land subdivision projects delivering 550 lots with a market value of $76m and has 6 current land subdivision projects in regional Victoria.
Previous roles have included a CFO role for a $200m revenue pa IT services company.
Chris Constantine
Non-Executive Director, Acquisitions and Risk
Armed with a Bachelor of Civil Engineering, Chris has extensive knowledge and experience in land subdivision.
Chris joined Millar Merrigan in late 2009, his knowledge extends beyond civil engineering to extensive planning, design, services provision and construction expertise. In 2013, Chris launched the Regional Development Office providing services for development in regional areas with a specific focus on Gippsland. Having a strong background in Design and Construction services, Chris has gained significant experience providing full life-cycle support for major projects within Gippsland, and more broadly metro and regional Victoria as well as NSW.
As regional Manager of Millar Merrigan, Chris has completed 150 projects. Chris, as a developer has completed 15 land subdivision projects and has 5 projects in progress.
Matt De Grandi
Director, Construction Manager
Matt is founder and Managing Director of Changed Latitude Pty Ltd, a Victorian regional based head civil contractor.
Matt is an experienced Construction Manager with 20 years of project experience gained working on both the contracting side and the client side. He is skilled at managing projects with live operational environments and critical infrastructure.
From an early age, Matt has been a hands-on person who has developed Civil Industry competencies and a valuable skill set. He leads his team with enthusiasm and vision and has completed over 20 land subdivision projects totalling over 1,000 lots. Matt has 10 current land subdivisions projects in progress totalling over 1,500 lots and is involved in 6 projects as a developer.
